Highlights:At West Chester, Ivory Bailey scored the game-winner in the 108th minute as the Bulldogs (21-2-1) defeated the Whippets (18-5) in a PIAA first-round game.
Rachel Hafer also had a goal for Wilson, the third-place team from District 3.
Jess Hetrick stopped nine shots in goal for the Bulldogs.
Dana Sarcinello scored the only goal for Downingtown West.
Wilson will play Gov. Mifflin, the District 3 champions, in the state quarterfinals Saturday at a site and time to be determined.
