Highlights:HERSHEY -- Kenedy Stroup scored on a tip-in in overtime to lift Greenwood to a 2-1 win over two-time defending champion Oley Valley in the District 3 Class 1A field hockey championship game at Milton Hershey.
Oley Valley (23-2) scored first with 11:03 left in the first half on a goal by Sophia Gladieux assisted by Sarah Beers. Greenwood (19-1) tied in on an untimed penalty corner at the end of the first half on a goal by Leah Bryner.
Stroup scored the winning goal for Greenwood, last year's PIAA Class 1A champion, off a penalty corner with 3:43 left in sudden-victory overtime.
Oley Valley will open the PIAA Tournament Tuesday against District 5 champion Forbes Road, time and site to be determined.
