At Exeter, Noel Abreu scored 12 of his 14 points in the second half to help the Spartans (2-0) beat the Eagles (1-2).
Tied 25-25 at halftime, Abreu and Clayton Bodden, who scored 10 of his 14 points in the second half, helped Wyomissing pick up the road win.
Le'Quan Champman scored a game-high 17 points and Ben Savidge added 13 points for the Eagles.
