Highlights: At Laureldale, Justin Rodriguez scored 13 fourth-quarter points to help the Mustangs (5-2 Berks I, 11-5) thwart a big comeback bid by the Muhls (2-5 Berks II, 8-7).

Rodriguez scored a game-high 25 points and finished with seven assists and seven rebounds.

The Muhls battled back from a 10-point, third-quarter deficit to take a 49-48 lead on freshman Christian Burggraf's basket with 4 1/2 minutes remaining.

Rodriguez, who scored Mifflin's first 13 points of the final quarter despite facing a box-and-one, helped bring the Mustangs back.

Javar Colon went 4-for-4 at the free throw line in the final minute to keep the Mustangs in front.

Taylor Graeff had 19 points and 15 rebounds for Muhlenberg.

Burggraf and Avery Price sparked a 22-10 run that helped bring the Muhls back.

Price finished with 16 points.

The Muhls hurt themselves at the foul line, where they missed 11-of-27 shots.
