Highlights: At Kutztown, Derek Gaul scored a game-high 16 points and Brandon Shurr had 12 as the Panthers (2-2 Berks III, 5-5) beat the Cougars (1-3 Berks IV, 3-6).

Schuylkill Valley outscored Kutztown 14-4 in the second quarter to take a 22-14 lead.

The Cougars fought back and cut their deficit to two in the fourth quarter, but the Panthers were able to put the game away at the foul line.

Zach Zima had 14 points, Brett Hauck 13 and Alex Faust 10 for Kutztown.
