Highlights: At Leesport, Chelsea Gieringer helped the Lynx build a 13-point halftime lead before they held off the Panthers in the final minutes.

Gieringer scored 12 of her 14 points as Oley Valley took a 31-18 advantage at the break.

Schuylkill Valley cut it to 36-30 after three and twice got within two points in the final three minutes. The Lynx made just 7-of-19 free throws in the fourth quarter, but it was enough to put it away.

Ashlee Pletz scored a career-high 15 points for the Panthers.
