Wyomissing led by nine at the half but saw Octorara pull within a basket with 2 1/2 minutes left.

The Spartans responded by hitting 9-of-11 free throws in the fourth quarter to pull back ahead.

Ed Early scored 11 for the Spartans.

Moses Togbah had a game-high 17 points for the Braves.
