At Oley, the 22nd-seeded Indians jumped out to a 12-point halftime lead and never led by less than eight the rest of the way to knock off the 11th-sseded Lynx.
Nicky Hess scored a game-high 23 points for Donegal (13-10), which shot 20-for-40 from the floor.
Chelsea Gieringer scored 20 points for Oley. Jasmen Clark had 14 opints and Brittany Krall had 10.
