At Mechanicsburg, freshman Maria Wendt had a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds as the ninth-seeded Cardinals (11-13) routed the eighth-seeded Bobcats (13-9) in a District 3-A first round game.
Central Catholic put the pressure on Bible Baptist in the second quarter as they outscored the Bobcats 20-6 to lead 29-12 at the half, which put the game out of reach.
