Highlights: At Hershey, the Spartans recovered from mid-game foul shooting woes to make some key shots down the stretch to hold off the Buffaloes and clinch a spot in the District 3-AA semifinals.

Keyaundra Williams scored 14 points and Melissa Giannotti had 12 for Wyomissing (16-9), which clinched its first state berth since 2004.

Newport (15-8) cut the deficit to three points with 30 seconds left, but Jordan Bahr made a pair of foul shots with five seconds left to clinch the win.

The Spartans (16-8) made just 13-of-32 foul shots for the game, but went 10-for-17 in the fourth quarter.
