Highlights:
At Orwigsburg, Steph Elwood scored a game-high 18 points as the Eagles (14-1) snapped the Bulldogs' nine-game winning streak.
Blue Mountain took a 17-6 lead after a quarter, but Christy Yousaitis scored all 11 of her points in the second quarter as the Bulldogs (11-3) took a 30-29 halftime lead.
Wilson led by one after three, but Blue Mountain outscored the Bulldogs 11-3 in the fourth.
Vanessa Rivera scored 10 points for Wilson.
