At Reiffton, the Bulldogs (8-0, 16-3) went on 17-1 run in the first half to pull away from the Eagles (0-8, 2-15).
Christy Yousaitis scored 11 of her game-high 13 points in the first half to lead the Bulldogs. Stephanie Binder and Brittany Melnyk scored 11 points each for Wilson, which led 34-13 at halftime.
For Exeter, Labra Rose scored 10 points.
