Highlights: At Shillington, Hollis Whitehurst, who was fouled on a 3-point attempt in the final seconds with the Eagles (1-3, 3-9) trailing by one point, went to the free-throw line for three shots to put Exeter ahead or tie, but he missed all three and the Mustangs (2-2, 6-9) escaped with a narrow victory.

For Gov. Mifflin, Jeff Ciabattoni scored a game-high 17 and Anthony Lien had 11.

Exeter went 0-for-6 from the free throw line in the fourth quarter.

D'Angelo Rosas had five of Mifflin's eight points in the final period.

Ryan Bossler led Exeter with 11 points.
