Highlights:
At The Geigle, the Eagles (0-9, 2-16) jumped to a stunning halftime lead before the Red Knights (8-1, 12-9) rallied to take control in the third quarter.
Behind 14 combined points from Labra Rose and Helen Trimble in the first half, Exeter led 21-15 at the break.
But after benching four of her starters for the final 12 minutes of the first half, Reading High coach Barb Dancy returned them to the floor in the third. The Red Knights outscored the Eagles 20-6 in the quarter to regain control.
J'Leisa Pecal's 16 points and 12 rebounds were both game highs for Reading High.
Rose finished with 13 points for Exeter.
