At Topton, August Reichardt scored a game-high 23 points to lead the Mustangs (2-1) over the Bullets (0-2) in a non-league game.
Amanda Christel had 18 points, including four 3-pointers, for Gov. Mifflin.
The Mustangs trailed 38-37 entering the fourth quarter, then outscored the Bullets 17-7.
Jess Savino led the Bullets with 19 points and seven rebounds.
