Highlights: At Stoney Creek, the Mounts (5-6 Berks IV, 11-9) withstood a career-high 36-point assault from Alex Faust in holding off the Cougars (1-10 Berks III, 3-16).

Faust, attacking the basket with a series of drives, scored 23 points in the first half to help Kutztown to a 29-19 lead at intermission.

The Mounts turned the game around in the third quarter, out-scoring the Cougars 21-0.

Kutztown rallied again in the final quarter, as Faust scored 13 points, helping the Cougars pull within 44-42 with less than three minutes to go.

Corey Steele scored a game-high 23 points for Antietam, helping make up for the loss of leading scorer Billy Hartman. Hartman left the game in the second quarter with an ankle injury and did not score.

Anthony Johnson had 14 points for Antietam.
