Highlights: At Norristown, Shane McCarthy scored 13 of his game-high 15 points in the first half as the Bears (2-1 PAC, 5-3) took leads of 16-9 after a quarter and 35-20 at the break and then held off a rally by the Warriors (0-3, 2-6) in the second half.

Bob Nester had all nine of his points in the first half and Dylan Pasik seven of his 11.

Methacton held Boyertown to four points in each the third and fourth quarters, outscoring the Bears 21-8, but never took the lead.

It was the fifth straight win for the Bears, who began the season 0-3.
