Highlights: At Kutztown, David Moseley had all of his team-high 13 points before halftime, including eight points in the pivotal first quarter, and the Bullets (1-0) opened their season by beating the Cougars (0-3).

Down 16-3 after one, Kutztown's pressure helped it close to within five at 23-18 in the second quarter, but Brandywine pulled away again to lead 31-20 at the break and was never threatened after that.

Kutztown's Alex Faust had 14 of his game-high 20 points during the second-quarter surge. Kyle Isamoyer hit three 3s and scored 14 for the Cougars.

William Harrison had 11 points and Adam DaCosta 10 for the Bullets.
