Highlights: At Wolf Gymnasium, a late tie-up allowed the Cards (2-1, 4-5) to pull out a two-point Berks IV win over the Blue Jays (1-2, 2-6) Monday. Marie Rossignoli, who finished with 15 points, scored helped give the Cards a 38-35 lead with less than a minute left, but with 14 seconds left, the Jays’ Rachel Casciano cut it to 38-37. On the ensuing inbound, the Jays forced a tie-up, and with the possession arrow in the Cards' favor, Rossignoli hit one of two free throws to extend the lead with 1.4 seconds left. A desperation shot at the buzzer missed, sealing the Cards’ win. Maria Wendt also had 15 points for Central, while Sarah Moult led Holy Name with 11.
