Highlights: At Alvernia, the Cardinals (4-3 Berks IV, 6-8) built an 11-point lead through three quarters and went 12-for-17 at the foul line in the final period to hold off the Spartans (4-3 Berks III, 9-5). Theresa Henneman and Marie Rossignoli both went 5-for-6 at the foul line in the fourth quarter for the Cardinals, who were just 5-for-17 at the line in the first three periods. Henneman scored a career-high 13 points, Rossignoli had 14 and Mia Wendt had 15 points and 10 rebounds for Central. Keyaundra Williams (10 points) and Jordan Bahr hit 3-pointers and Melissa Giannotti scored all seven of her points in the fourth quarter to rally Wyomissing, which got no closer than the final score. Cherise Key scored 13 points for the Spartans.
