Highlights: At Geigle Complex, Shawn Barczynski hit a jumper off an inbounds pass with 10 seconds left and the Mustangs (1-2, 6-3) held on to knock off the Red Knights (2-1, 6-2). Mifflin led by as many as 11 points in the third quarter before Reading rallied, finally tying the score at 47-47. Barczynski caught an inbounds pass in the lane and hit the jumper to put the Mustangs ahead. Deva'Nyar Workman hit one foul shot and the Knights had a final chance, but turned the ball over. "They had a good game plan and played well," said Reading High coach Richie Williams. "They had a lot of peope contributing." Ashley Espinosa had 16 points, Barczynski had 12 and Emily Gingrich had 10 for the Mustangs. Workman had 16 points and Tyeca Reviere had 12 for Reading, which went 14-for-25 at the foul line.
