At Lancaster, Maria Mastromarino's basket with about 25 seconds left in overtime gave the Blue Jays (4-6) the lead for good in a win over the Cougars.
Country Day's Ashley Lesley, who scored a game-high 23 points, scored with three seconds left in regulation to tie the game and send it to OT.
Sarah Moult scored 10 for the Blue Jays, who survived despite going 0-for-6 from the line in overtime and just 12-for-26 overall.
