At Wyomissing, D'Angelo Rosas came off the bench to score a game-high 16 points to lead the Mustangs (2-5) past the Spartans (1-4).
Rosas scored seven points in the second quarter to help Gov. Mifflin take a 24-10 halftime lead.
Jeff Ciabattoni scored 15 points for the Mustangs.
Kamien Flowers led the Spartans with 15 points.
