At Wyomissing, Nick Rossignoli scored six of his game-high 18 points in the third quarter, when the Cardinals (12-1, 20-3) outscored the Spartans (5-8, 8-14) 20-5 to blow it open.
Central's win forced a one-game playoff with Holy Name for the Berks IV title. The Cards and Blue Jays will play tonight at 7:30 p.m. at Gov. Mifflin Intermediate.
Sean Nally's eight points paced Wyomissing.
