Highlights: At Shamokin, Gillian Ferko scored a game-high 16 points to lead the Fillies past the Cardinals.

She had seven points in the first half as Marian built a 23-17 lead. Central never got closer than five the rest of the way.

Rebecca Reinhart scored 12 to lead the Cards, who committed 24 turnovers and struggled at the foul line, going 8-for-19.
