Highlights: At Altoona, the Red Knights (6-1) raced to a 10-point lead at halftime and added to the advantage in the second half to beat the Mountain Lions (6-3). Deva'Nyar Workman scored a game-high 24 points for the Red Knights. Tyeca Reviere had 13 points, incluidng 9-for-13 at the foul line, and Mercedes Copeland had 10 for Reading High. Lysa Mealing scored 15 for Altoona.
