Highlights: At York, Sean Hinnekamp scored 12 of his team-high 14 points in the first half as the third-seeded Trojans (21-3) built a big early lead and put the clamps on the 14th-seeded Muhls (12-13) in a District 3-AAA first-round game at Central York High School.

York Suburban led 17-7 after a quarter and by 21 at the half.

Avery Price, Muhlenberg's leading scorer, was held to 10 points. Christian Burggraf, who had reached double figures in 13 of the last 14 games, was held to six.

Class AAA first round, At Central York, York Suburban is ranked No. 3; Muhlenberg No. 14. Winner advances to Friday quarterfinal game at Giant Center (5 p.m.) vs. winner of No. 6 Steel High/No. 11 Oley Valley. Six teams advance to states. Muhlenberg defeated No. 15 Kennard-Dale 53-52 in preliminary round.
