Highlights: At Shillington, the No. 5 Red Knights (21-3) opened with a 17-0 run and withstood a third-quarter rally by the 12th-seeded Rockets (18-6) to advance to the District 3-AAAA quarterfinals. Mercedes Copeland finished with 17 points and 14 rebounds for Reading High. Deva'Nyar Workman had 12 points, nine boards and five assists while being limited to 19 minutes because of foul trouble. Spring Grove cut it to seven after three quarters, but never pulled closer. Reading will face No. 20 Hershey in the quarters Friday night.
