Highlights: At Shillington, the Red Knights (10-0, 19-3) used the free throw line to pull away in the final quarter and beat the Mustangs (4-6, 8-14), keeping alive their hopes for a perfect run through the league.

Reading High can clinch the Berks I title by beating Wilson Thursday; a win by the Bulldogs will set up a first-place tie and a special playoff game.

The Knights got 25 points from David Lawson, including 15 in the third quarter to build a 10-point halftime lead. The scored was tied after one period.

The Mustangs were down just five after three quarters and pulled within three when Sam Eagleson scored the first basket of the fourth quarter to make it 46-43. Eagleson scored a season-high 16 points.

The Knights, taking advantage of the double bonus, hit 11 free throws in the final quarter to regain a double-digit lead.

Jermaine Jackson scored 17 points for Reading.

Anthony Lien had 12 for Mifflin.
