At Boyertown, Andrew Powers scored a game-high 18 points to lead three players in double figures as the Bears (7-1, 13-3) rallied to the win over the Winged Lions.
St. Pius X scored the first six points of the second half, but Boyertown responded with a 20-0 run to take a 45-31 lead.
Joe Frain had 11 points and Ethan Moser 10 for Boyertown.
