At Geigle Complex, David Lawson scored the game's first seven points and Jermaine Jackson had six assists in the first quarter as the Red Knights (7-0 Berks I, 16-3) cruised past the Tigers (0-7 Berks II, 5-13).
Lawson, the county's leading scorer, finished with 21 points and Nelson Leon scored a career-high 18 for Reading High.
Fleetwood's Rich Bell scored 14 of his team-high 20 points in the first half.
