Highlights: At Pottsville, Kanisha Edwards scored a game-high 19 points and the Red Knights (2-3) forced 35 turnovers to run away from the Crimson Tide (1-2).

J'Leisa Pecal scored 15 and Leola Pinkney 10 for Reading High.

Morgan Halsey scored 10 of her team-high 13 points in the first half for Pottsville.

The Red Knights led by five after one, then opened up a 15-point lead by outscoring the Tide 19-9 in the second quarter. Edwards, Pecal and Pinkney each scored six in the quarter.

Edwards had a team-high six assists and Brito had a team-high 10 rebounds.
