Highlights: First game: At Lourdes, Kayla Ramer scored all of her 16 points in a big first half to help Shamokin to an easy win over Central Catholic.

Ramer's hot hand, combined with a pressing defense, keyed the Indians to a 35-20 halftime lead.

The Indians aided their cause by sinking 18-of-33 free throws.

Casey Hoffman led the Cardinals with 15 points.
