Highlights: At Fort Washington, Upper Dublin (5-3) outscored the Spartans (3-3) 30-14 in the second half to pull away. Joe Cacchione hit five 3-pointers and scored 16 points for Wyomissing, which led 27-24 at halftime. But Khalil Owens, who scored a game-high 18 points, took over in the second half for Upper Dublin.
