At Lancaster, the Cardinals (5-1) shut out Conestoga in the first quarter and cruised to a spot in the championship game. Nicole Vallely had six assists and five steals for Central. Mia Wendt had 14 points and seven rebounds, and Marie Rossignoli had 12 points and six boards. With the big lead, Central's starters didn't play after halftime.
