Highlights: At the Giant Center, Jalan Branford scored 22 points as the second-seeded Red Knights pulled away from the 10th-seeded Rams in a District 3-AAAA quarterfinal.

The victory sends Reading on to the semifinals Tuesday at Giant Center against Red Land; it also clinches a spot in the PIAA Tournament.

Devin Thomas scored 27 points and had 18 rebounds for Central Dauphin.
