Highlights: At Reiffton, the Berks champion Mustangs played one of their best halves of the season, according to Mifflin coach Rick Bausher, in beating the Berks-rival Muhls in the District 3-AAA third-place game. Alexis Wright scored 22 points and held Muhlenberg's Jessie Wallace to no points in the first half as the Mustangs opened up a 31-13 lead and never looked back. Ashley Espinosa had 17 points for Mifflin, which plays the fifth-place finisher in District 1 next week in the opening round of the playoffs. Mya Lobb and Alyssa Undheim each had 10 for the Muhls, who will play the District 12 runner-up in the opening round of next week's PIAA playoffs.
