Highlights: At Newville, Vaughn Carraway scored 11 first-quarter points in his season debut to lead the Muhls (7-2) over the Bobcats in the opening round of the Big Spring Holiday Tournament.

Carraway finished with 12 points and 10 assists. He missed the first eight games of the season with a neck injury suffered in a football game against Gov. Mifflin.

Derek Zeller scored 14 of his game-high 22 points in the first half as the Muhls raced to a 30-14 lead. They led by as many as 24 points early in the fourth.

Jimmy Roscoe scored a team-high 14 points for Northeastern.
