Highlights: Championship: Casey Casantini scored a team-high 13 points as the Blue Jays (8-3) squeaked past the Indians (5-7) for the title.

After Upper Perk cut its deficit to two late in the third, Casantini sank a 3-pointer at the third-period buzzer, then hit another at the start of the fourth to pad the lead. The Indians began fouling shortly thereafter. Casantini scored seven of his points in the fourth, when Holy Name was 3-for-8 at the line.

Upper Perk's Tom Paul hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer to make it a one-point game. Dane Kress led the Indians with 16 points, and E.J. Stroman scored 11. For Holy Name, Matt Browna had 10 points, Matt Browna had 13 rebounds and Mark Yost played solid second-half defense in place of an ill Chris Hacker.

Consolation: Southern Lehigh 78, Plumstead Christian 41.
