Highlights: At Geigertown, Josh Conover had 21 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Eagles (3-0, 11-2) past the Lions.

Dathan Marshall finished with 12 points and eight assists for High Point, which made the first two baskets of the fourth quarter to take a nine-point lead. Faith Christian never pulled within five the rest of the way as the Eagles finished 11-for-16 from the foul line in the fourth.

Isiah Gerhart scored a game-high 25 points for the Lions.
