Highlights:
At Reiffton, Mackenzie Adame scored seven of her 10 points in the third quarter to lead the Mounts (4-2) past the Eagles (0-6).
Trailing for most of the second half, Exeter narrowed the deficit to two in the final minutes but got no closer.
Becca Iezzi and Rebecca Stunz also had 10 points each for Antietam.
Jennifer Eck had 16 points and Tearah Burden had eight rebounds to lead Exeter.
