Highlights: At Lancaster, Josh Conover scored 16 of his game-high 19 points in the second half to lead High Point (14-5) to a comeback win in the non-league game.

High Point trailed 27-21 at the half before Conover scored nine in the third quarter to help put the Eagles ahead 42-41 heading into the final quarter.

Conover had seven points, Jason Carman had six and Dathan Marshall went 4-for-4 from the line down the stretch as High Point pulled away.

Jon Conover finished with 11 and Carman 10 for the Eagles. Cody Koser led Lancaster Christian with 16.
