Highlights: At South Lebanon, Ashley Espinosa drove the length of the court and made a driving shot in traffic with one second left to force overtime and the Mustangs defeated the Falcons. Espinosa, who finished with a team-high 29 points, scored six in overtime. Taylor Ford made a shot with nine seconds left in regulation to give Cedar Crest a short-lived two-point lead.
