Highlights: At Geigle Complex, Baba Waples' 3-pointer in the final second pulled the Red Knights (11-5) within a point, but they could get no closer in falling to the Panthers (13-3) in a non-league game Saturday.

The win was the eighth straight for Imhotep, and snapped a 10-game win streak by Reading.

Baba Waples scored a game-high 21 for Reading. Jalan Branford had 14.
