Highlights: At Hershey, the No. 2 Lions (27-1) held the No. 3 Bulldogs (25-3) to 10 second-half points Tuesday in a District 3-AAAA semifinal at the Giant Center. Wilson built a 22-10 halftime lead, but Red Lion rallied to score the first 14 points of the second half. Ivory Bailey had 15 points and three rebounds for Wilson.
