Highlights: At Gov. Mifflin Intermediate, Josh Smith had 16 points, six rebounds and four assists, Ryan Ebner scored 15 points and Chris Hartzell keyed a strong defensive effort as the Bulldogs (21-3) defeated the Red Knights (19-5) in a playoff for the Division I title.

Reading High toook a 36-34 lead on Noel Abreu's basket with 5:10 left in the fourth quarter, but Ebner answered with a basket at the other end and Smith hit a 3-pointer to put the Bulldogs up to stay in a 9-1 spurt that put Wilson up 43-37 with 1:30 left.

Hartzell held David Lawson -- the county's leading scorer -- to a season-low four points.

Jermaine Jackson scored 10 points for the Red Knights.
