Highlights:
Wilson erased a seven-point, halftime deficit to draw even at 40 in the third quarter, but McCaskey countered with a 10-0 run to end the period and went on to win the District 3-AAAA third-place game Thursday at Garden Spot.
Matt Timochenko scored a game-high 24 points and Travaun Coad poured in 20 to lead the Bulldogs (20-7).
As the four seed in District 3, Wilson heads into the state tournament matched up against the four seed in District 1, which will be the loser of tonight's Abington-Great Valley playoff game.
The Red Tornado (26-3) enters the state tournament as the third seed in District 3.
