Highlights: At Mertztown, Tulpehocken opened the game with a 10-0 run. Brandywine Heights outscored the Trojans 24-13 over the middle periods to take a 29-27 lead entering the fourth quarter. Robert Ekvall scored six of his team-high 15 points in the fourth quarter for the Trojans, who took the lead with about four minutes left in regulation and held on for the Berks III win. Brandywine's Jake Delong led all scorers with 18 points. Teammate Sean Ziegler had 17. "Tulpehocken got a lot of notoriety in the preseason, and rightfully so," said first-year Brandywine Heights coach Ryan Wehr. "We were happy to show we could compete with them tonight."
