Highlights: At the Sovereign Center, the Red Knights (18-9) won their fourth Berks League title in six years as they clawed past the Muhls (21-4) in a foul-filled contest. Up by three at the break, Reading High began the second half on an 11-1 run to take a 31-18 lead. Muhlenberg slowly got back into it with the help of the Red Knights' 5-21 free-throw shooting after the break. The Muhls scored the first six points of the fourth quarter to cut it to 37-33 with 4:10 to go, but leading scorer Rachel Graeff fouled out 38 seconds later, and Reading High collected all five of its second-half makes at the free-throw line in the final 2:44 to hold on. Freshman guard Deva'Nyar Workman led the Red Knights with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Graeff had a team-high 10 points and Ashley Duffy grabbed 14 rebounds for Muhlenberg.
