Highlights: At Hamburg, Nick Rossignoli scored a career-high 27 points and grabbed 16 rebounds to power the Cardinals (26-4) past the Knights (19-11) in a PIAA Class A Tournament opener.

Colin Naugle scored 15 points and collected 13 rebounds and Matt Ashcroft scored 12 points and dished out six assists for Central.

Caleb Foust led St. John Neumann with 21 points.
